1. We test-drive each vehicle that is brought for repairs, to sense the fault,  after which a proper diagnosis of the vehicle is done. We charge a standard affordable rate of N10,000.00 for this service.

2. An invoice indicating the cost of repair is then prepared for the owner on the basis of the diagnosis and he would be required to pay 75% of the total cost before the job can commence. If a customer decides to cancel a transaction after an invoice has been prepared, he would be required to pay a surcharge. However, if other faults were detected during repairs, a supplementary
estimate would be prepared and forwarded to the owner for approval.

3.We welcome calls during the repairs to give an update of the job.

4.The balance of 25% must be paid on the completion of the job. We give a Seven-day concession for cars to be collected, after which a surcharge of #500 will be paid for each additional day the vehicle, spends in our workshop after the job has been completed.

5.We offer a discounted towing service for vehicles that break down unexpectedly.

6.We offer a post service follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied. However, any unsatisfactory job can be returned within seven days from the day and date of delivery and the customer would be required to bring the receipt along.
